Hello There.
i can understand your concern.
it could be due to tonsillitis or pharyngitis.
we need to see to find out what it is.
as for now, you can use betadine throat gargles to do gargles thrice a day as per instructions on the bottle.
drink warm water , have soft foods. avoid solid foods and oily and spicy foods.
if it still persists,
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
