Cough and cold since 5 days......there is a sudden pain in ear have put aquasure ear drops...but still not able to sleep

Continue your medication for cold. No need to put ear drops. Nasal drops nasally will also work if there is tube block. It will open and get relieved. Paracetamol single dose. Pain persist then consult your pediatrician.
