  4. Pain in ear. Head feels a bit heavy.

Pain in ear
I am having pain in my ear since 2 days, initially it was in left ear and now it has shifted to the right ear. I presume it is because of water droplets entering into my ear, I have had a issue similar two years back. It feels like something is blocked and also head feels a bit heavy.

As per your description you might have developed infection or congestion in the middle ear.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
