  4. Pain in ears. Too much attention to it?

Yesterday i was using my headphones with maximum volume ...and after a minute or so i experienced mild pain in internal of my ear so i stopped listening...today in morning i again was listening to the songs but this time at a very low volume..yet i experienced some mild bisturbing sensation in my ears...its like which appes during cold..but milder... Should i visit a doctor...or may be i am paying too much attention to it?

Consult a doctor. Very often hearing sounds at very high volume, even for a short period of time may lead to a threshold shift.
