I want get my eyes checked as i am having glasses more than 5 years but now eyes and head have pain if glasses are kept for more than 5 mins although i have got checked my eyes from different opticians no is same

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Glass should be changed after every 2-3 yrs because  scratch on glass & mild deformity of frames cause headaches even if power does not change.
