Since you have undergone lasik hence you are likely to develop dryness which is aggravated by mobile or computer usage. If mobile and computer usage is your professional need then follow the precautions I will advice. Please use some lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids. Also take omega 3 fatty acids capsules one daily
Next Steps
Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20.minutes. Keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. and don't sit facing a/c or blowers. Do cold compresses with ice and consume lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. TRY TO RESTRICT MOBILE/COMPUTER  USE
