  4. Pain in feet. Struggle happens everyday.

Pain in feet
I have severe pain in the bottom of the foot. Early in the morning, I will struggle for 2 to 5 minutes to walk normally. Also once I sit for more than an hour and start later start walking it hurts a lot. With out any soft heel below my feet I can't walk comfortably. This struggle happens everyday.

Tht is clear cut plantar fasciitis u need to wear soft heel chappals
