Pain in foot heels
I am experiencing pain in both my foot which is now present to some extent all times but generally gets aggravated when I woke up in morning n try to walk bare foot or post I play badminton on wooden surfaces once a while or soccer. I feel relief if I take footbath in rock salt. i hv gained 5-7 kgs recently. what to do

it looks like a case of plantar fascitis bilateral heel...it means it's the inflammation of your foot muscles over the heel bone..may be because of continuous standing or some other reasons..show to nearby orthopedic,he will suggest you some exercises of foot and ankle and some antiinflammatory medicines..it will subside with this in 1-2 wks..
