Pain in glutes
It's been couple of months since I am experiencing this discomfort. Earlier it used to surface for few days and then disappear for a month or 2. Lately I am experiencing continuous discomfort. I even stopped outdoor sports and Gym for a month and tries various exercises for relief but nothing seems to help my case. Would appreciate your advise

What is your weight and what type of gyming you used to do.... When does it pain most.... Morning or at night. What is your profession... Does it involve prolonged sitting.??
