It seems to be a dentoalveolar infection. You must right away go for treatment at nearest dentist.I can prescribe medicines but they will not work much as the infection is in severe stage as per your description..Better go to a nearest dentist and get it treated.

Dear Practo user,
Your problem will not be solved by taking medicines only. Please visit your dentist and get a thorough check up done. The cause of pain and swelling should be determined before undergoing any treatment.

Sir
As you complain of pain and swelling, it will happen only if there is some infection. Redness again, is a sign of infection. It's better to get a check up done because only painkillers would reduce pain for sometime and infection won't stop with this. So kindly visit a dentist nearby and get a thorough check up to rule out the main cause of infection. Meanwhile you can start with a course of antibiotics and painkillers only after a consultation. Because there are different antibiotics for different concerns. For temporary pain relief you can have tablet diclomol but painkillers are not the solution to your problem.
