I have been paining since last 2 days
Gums over wisdom tooth some what swallowed , also feel pain while touching jaw. No cavities are there in teeth. Not sure to consult with dentist or general physician. Suggest some medicine

Pericornitis is the term used for the symptom you are suffering from. Partial eruption of the third molar in case when there is less space in the lower jaw often results into this. Only after evaluating it can be resolved by either removing the flap which is covering the third molar or by the extraction of that third molar depending on your condition.
