  4. Pain in hand. Is it fracture?

Pain in hand
I slipped and have hurt on my hand... There is a pain and scratches .. I have sweelling also . Can move hands and palm but while.holding any object it hurts .is it fracture

It is unlikely to be a fracture.But if pain is out of proportion to injury, then x ray is indicated.

Hi Looking at the photos you have sent, it does not seem to be a fracture. But it is difficult to say for sure without personally looking and without X-rays.
Next Steps
*Get a TT injection if you haven't received it in the past 3 years *Clean the wound with water and dettol/savlon. Keep it open...do not apply any bandage over it
