I feel pain in my hand wrist whenever I put pressure on my hand. The pain was not severe so I didn't care much but now it's been more than a month and the pain is still the same. I don't remember how the pain started but I used to use computer a lot. Since last week, I totally stopped using computer and I'm taking "Napa Extra" tablet 3 times a day after meal for past 5 days. But it has no effect and the pain is same. How can I get rid of the pain soon and what could be the cause of the pain?

The cause may overuse stress on the wrist muscles,it can be get rid of doing strengthening exercises of the wrist.
Ball or sock squeeze
