Hi Doctor, My wife has pain in head neck face shoulder and arms sometime it is very severe but and also feels numbness and tenderness also having buzzing sound in ear

Hello there. I can understand your concern. For the ear issue, you have to get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. You can give her tab. Zerodol-p twice a day for pain relief. Tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
