I have been having frequent headaches when i get tensed and also pain in the back of my head,in face near my ears.Also when i travel by train uneasiness is caused due to the movement of train opposite to my face. I vomit when this happens. some times my head feels like it weighs more than usual.

Your symptoms are suggest possibility of Motion sickness. Anti-histamine tablet taken before travel will be of help.
