  4. Pain in head is not going. The remedies?

Pain in head is not going
I am having pain in my head from last 5 days.. It increases while shaking and looking downward and bakward. I have taken a saridon once. But pain in my head persisting front and back. Please tell me what is the reason? And what are the remedies?
