When i smoke, sometimes skin above the heart get wet and it pain sometimes and feel like some air get stuck somewhere

Hello.. Well smoking does have effect on the cardiovascular system..It's always good to quit smoking as it has prolonged effects.  It has effect of heart, your lungs as well as increases the chance of cancer....Thank you
