Pain in heels and feet.

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have pain in my heels. Specially in morning. My euric acid is under control. And if I sit in position for long I feel my feet/thigh/legs are blocked. M on medication zerodol sp and nexpro Rd 40. Plz advice.

Dear sir, You might be having plantar fasciitis. You are also having a calcaneal /heel spur which is seen in the same condition. It requires a proper exmaination to find out any cause of the condition. Please check your footwear and make sure its well cushioned. Physiotherapy for streching calf muscles and plantar fascia are also helpful.
