Pain in heels
I am feeling pain in my heels. It start 12-15days ago but i thought it was due to my menstrual cycle but now it is completed 5 days ago and i still feeling in my feels and it's getting worst in morning to noon tym . Now i can't stand for for even 2-3 hours .Also feeling mild fever sometimes but my temperature doesn't increase more than 99 ℉ also taking a  dose of azithromyicin 250 or paracetamol sometimes from 5 days due to fever. But this pain is not heeling .

Hi Temperature >100F would be fever you can stop the paracetamol and azithromycin. For the heel pain you can soak them in warm water with salt for 10-15 minutes. You could have plantar fasciitis but can’t say for sure. Do stand for long hours in a day if yes check if you have varicose veins. Take breaks while standing , elevate your feet when you sit, change your footwear to something which gives you good support and is not too hard or wear shoes with socks.
