I had a c section delivery about seven and half months back. I am nursing my baby. I am taking balanced diet and iron ,
calcium supplements. I have started brisk walking and little yoga. I use to experience pain in my heels in d morning which subsided for few days and again i have started having pain in heels.Since last few days i am having pain through out day.I have lost 12 kg of excess weight gained post delivery. Now i am 5 kg more than my post pregnancy weight. What is d reason for pain in heels and how to get rid of it.
