Pain in Knee, heel and ankle
I am a 52 year old male. For last few months I am having pain and inflammation in my knees, heels and ankles in both the legs. Uric acid,Thyroid, Vitamin B12, Vitam D (total)HBA1C HBA Hemogram are all in normal range.

Have you done any activity which you had not done before.. as in running or gymming..
It may be tightness or stiffness of ms .. but you need to get it assessed
