I have pain in knee mostly when i walk fast and run , sometimes pain is automatically relax but after that few days or month again its paining ,i was lot of time take medicine advice from dr .i m 23 yr old, please suggest me

Get a thorough evaluation done by an orthopaedic Dr and a McKenzie physiotherapist so that the knee and the spine can be checked thoroughly since your really very young and should avoid an issues asap.
