Hi You seem to be having a tear in a structure of your knee called the medial meniscus. The tear is of medium intensity. So, if you are not experiencing pain, you may not do anything about the tear. But you do have pain. So I would suggest you to get a surgery done. The surgery is called Arthroscopic Partial Meniscectomy. In this surgery, the part of the meniscus that is torn will be removed. It will be a keyhole surgery...which means you will have only 2-3 stitches. You will be able to walk the very next day and can go home after 2 days. Since your age is less, it is important to get this surgery done... because otherwise this torn meniscus will damage the other structures in your knee.
