Pain in knees and bones
I am facing bone pain and joints pain, though I am having proper nutritious food. I do regular yoga, but still facing bone weakness. Could anyone advice me what should I do to strengthen my bones. Please advice me if I have to take any medical test for the same. Thanks in advance..

• Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area • Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Low levels of vit d affects the bone strength and can lead to symptoms like bone pain. You can get the levels checked and corrected if it's low. Meanwhile continue yoga, increase intake of food  rich in calcium to maintain good bone health.
