Pain in left arm

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have strong left arm pain since 2 months.i had acidity,sore throat, indigestion last month which is under control now.i did 2 blood tests which were normal and had saline in left arm for 4 hrs.i also have chest pain and shortness of breath sometimes.what could be the reason behind left arm pain?..plz suggest some remedy
