Pain in left arm n chest from 2.5 months
4 months earlier I deliver a baby..at that tym I had BP issue for a week and then heart rate prob ..I test echo n ecg...which were normal..I was feeding my baby through breast pump..but due to low milk my baby is not having breast milk ..from 2.5 months I m experienceing left arm pain and left breast pain...sometyms in right arm also..sometyms just behind the left breast...I m concerned about my health..is there anything serious...because it's all indicate heart attack symptoms...my baby is too small...which trigger anexiety n tention in me...what should I do?

It is definitely not because of the heart..so don't worry..a local cause of pain from the breast or muscle is the cause.Show your local doctor if in further doubt.

Blood pressure is temporary issue in pregnancy it never comes back. Nothing to worry Your pain is muscular and anxiety related Don't shy ask help from family member and take rest can't write medication as it may go to baby You may use bam spray it has no side effects.
