Pain in left eye while I roam and I think too much and I get tensed if I travel too much after that I get half head ache

Hello....... This could be allergic condition of eye , wear giggles, avoid dusty, polluted environment.. Tension headache is type of headache which increases with anxiety, stress lack of sleep etc.. Consult general physician and ophthalmologist.. Stop thinking much do meditation and breathing exercises....
