  4. Pain in left hand. While sleeping?

I have been having pain in my index finger (area under my nails) and my thumb joint since Monday.The pain is throbbing and I am facing considerable difficulty doing normal errands with my left hand. Might be due to incorrect posture while sleeping ? Kindly help. Further, wanted to ask if there are any established accupuncture clinics in Bangalore
