Pain in left head and left neck
I am currently suffering pain at  left head pain and neck. The pain is severe at night and i have taken ibuprofen.

This pain may be due to cervical muscle spasm on left side.. Was there any relief after taking medicine..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation over lower neck, take analgesic tablet,  take rest for now. If the pain persists, you may require some investigation..

Avoid any strenuous activity, avoid heavy work, avoid jerky movements of neck..
