I did some leg raise exercise ( back kick) day before yesterday . I started feeling pain in my hip area and pain entire leg with slight burning . It occurs mostly while sitting.
As I have a desk job, it has been difficult for me.
Please advise.

Visit a physiotherapist and take physiotherapy treatment for this... Due to back kick movement you got muscle pull at glutes and hamstrings probably so physiotherapist will help you relax your muscles and also will teach you precautions to be followed...
