Pain in left knee
I have pain in knee  sometimes whenever I bend it or climb stairs. No issues in walking. Yesterday suddenly pain started again. I didn't work out or put any stress. I noticed swelling too. I went to a doctor. He said deficiency of vitamin D without any test. The issue is I am overweight too. I want to workout to loose weight but can't put pressure on my joints too. What should I do
