Pain in left lower abdomen
One month back, I vomited with  dizziness and very bad acidic feeling. Next day, while lifting 20 l water jar I felt very bad cramps on left lower abdomen, due to this I was feeling sharp pain from left lower back to knee. After taking pain killers and antibiotics that goes away in 8-9 days. Now from last 2 days I am feeling heavy on left lower abdomen and feel sharp pain on pressing. feels like air is stuck. I feel constipated and have to try very hard on bowl movement. Also I feels like not having clear stomach and going to bathroom. After talking to physician, having pain killers and gastronomic medicine from yesterday, but still having the same problem.

Any abdominal pain is difficult to interpret by history alone.Doctor who examine you clinically will be in a better position to interpret it. You said pain followed after lifting the heavy object.May be it's tear of abdominal wall muscles?

With such a big story it becomes a problem to offer tele-consultation. Please consult a General Physician in your area who can examine you physically and advise further management.
