Pain in left side of chest

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I feel pain in left side of my chest. Sometimes it goes and then appears since 15 days. I have also asthma, I cannot breath properly. Feels very tired can not able to walk or to do any work. My left side arm also feel some pain. Does I have heart problem . My upper back also pain. I feel very discomfort in my chest and can not sleep properly
