I have pain in bottom of tongue , neck area especially the left side and also the left shoulder above the rib. And also numbness in my left arm

Do antiseptic gargle.take analgesic tablet sos.if not relieved visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.for numbness consult with an orthopedic to rule out nerve compression
