Good afternoon...
Most likely u have gastritis problem.
-You should drink plenty of water( 2-3 litres per day) and eat more of fruits and vegetables .
- eat less spicy and masala food , low fat food,
- should exercise regularly as ur weight is more for ur age.
Next Steps
See an endocrinologist , he will advise a scan or if needed will do endoscopy to rule out any ulcers or infection.
