Pain in lower abdomen and breast

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello I am having pain in lower side abdomen and heaviness in breast also back ache. My period is due in 2 days( 35 days cycle) and white discharge is like watery. I am feeling uncomfortable in abdomen and breast for last 1 week. Could you please tell me possible causes. Thanks

Possible cause is premenstrual syndrome.This is the reason you are getting pain in breast and in lower abdomen.If pain is not tolerable use pain killer or contact to gynaecologist in person for further assistance and support.
