Pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am facing severe pain in my lower abdomen towards left side since last 3 days. it's a continuous pain. Last night i vomitted 25-30 times. I am having one month pregnancy and consuming susten 200 tablets since 20 days.
