Pain in lower abdomen

Question

Asked for Male, 27 Years

While having sex there is a slight pain on lower left abdomen.I even consulted a doctor here in mgmy state and thet suggested me Sonography where they found kidney stone in both the kidneys around 5mm in size , also there is prescence of fat in liver.I am taking Himalaya Cistone and Potrate-MB6 presently as suggest by my physician
