Pain in lower abdomen wid tiredness 8day
Intermittently having lower abdomen mild pain and body aches and back ache from last 8 days. Had sex on 25th July i.e. last (5th)day of menstrual cycle. Feeling very tired always.
Will you pl let me know,whether it can be pregnancy symptoms. I have taken Meftal spas with pantop DSR but not get benefitted.

The fertile period for 28 day cycle is 10 to 17 days. In your case the symptoms suggestive of sexually transmitted disease rather than pregnancy. Still if you have doubt check with urine pregnancy test with the help of UPT kit ( available in any medical shop) if you miss your next period before that you need to get treated for your infection otherwise pain won't get relived. Please consult your physician for further details
