I often feel tired but not able to sleep properly. This is happening for about 6 months now. I feel like I have pain and heaviness all over and my life has become very tough.

Dear patient get full workout i.e.  blood test for haemoglobulin,  cholesterol vitamin b 12 and d 3 done for urself. about the pain in back and neck see an orthopaedic consultant near u as u said u got radiating pain in hip region so this can be sciatica. Beside use pillow while sleeping. A.  Use a pillow below head till shoulder blades level while sleeping on back. Use pillow below head till shoulder level while sleeping on side.  Medium size pillow not too soft not too hard. B. Use a pillow below both knees when sleeping on back and pillow between both knees when sleeping on side. Work on ur posture while sitting.  Dont sit at a stretch for more than 45 minutes,  if unavoidable then get up do some stretching for ir back and neck and then sit again. Dont bend at waist but do bend at knee. From ur complaint u seem to be very tensed person.  U need to relax ur mind otherwise the proportion of pain is exaggerated.
