Pain in lower back and right thighs
My grandmom is 84 and she is facing issues in sitting or walking for long. As of today she is not able to stand. She describes her position as burning sensation in right thigh, severe pain in lower back, due to which she is not able to walk or sit. I think it could be neurological issue or spine issue or may be hipbone issue, because she points these areas of having pain. Another problem is she is also sometimes complaining of pain in shoulders and arms too. I would like to know what could be the possible ailments and whom should I consult. Any advice is appreciated.

Based on her symptoms you have described, it seems like SCIATICA. It may be due to compression of nerves of spine. An MRI of spine required. You should consult a Neurospine specialist.
