Pain in lower back
As per MRI Report 1) Left paracentral disc protusion with annular L4-5 level causing narrowing of left lateral recess. 2) Posterocentral disc protusion with annular tear L5-S1 level. Feel swear pain in lower back goes to upward, and pain in left leg upside down.

seems like a surgical case . can be managed by endoscopic discectomy if conservative (medical) therapy fails
