From last two days.. Suffering from pain in left side lower abdomen.. While sleeping as well it feels pain. What could be the reason..

Pain left lower abdo can havemany differential diagnosis.
It can be due to constipation, renal cause, pregnancy, gynaecological cause. To reach a correct diagnosis, it is required to know more about the pain and a physical examination will be required. Its really diificult to tell accurately without doing a physical examination. I would recomment you to visit a physician near you
