  4. Pain in lower left back side. Problem?

Pain in lower left back side
I get pain or best described as a muscle cramp on my left lower back side of my body. This pain remains for sometime and vanish once I drink a lot of water or pass urine or pass stool. Could this be gastric or kidney stone problem?
