Pain in lower right abdomen

Asked for Female, 41 Years

Namaste, my wife is having pain i n the lower right portion of abdomen. Ultrasound reveals cystic lesions in right ovary. Liver enlarged by about 25% . she is a strict vegetarian and does not take alcohol. She is not diabetic. Please advice.

For cyst not a big problem.But liver is enlarged due to that I think she is getting pain.Get done liver function test and meet to gastroenterologist.Donot take much masala and oil.Drink plenty of water.
