Pain in lower spine way to upper leg
I am a student and usually have to sit for 10 hrs a day on bed with my bed desk to study . From the last few days I have been experiencing a pain in the right lower spine just above buttocks which is leading to upper part of my rear thigh ! The pain reduces when I lie down but again starts in about 15 min as soon as I sit. Is it due to Sciatica? What shall I do ?

Looks like radicular pain. Take some anti-inflammatory Medicines with muscle relaxants. Do regular back muscle exercises after pain Settles. Take vitamin D, if not already taken. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
