Pain in middle finger & swollen
My wife is 25 yrs old she is having pain in her finger from around 5 months. Initially the pain was in index finger but now pain is moved to middle finger from around 3 months. It is swollen & having pain also. We have done RA factor test which is positive. She is having thyroid which is more than 100 & she is pregnent also. What r the tests to b done next

depend up on wife symptoms she should visit rheumatologist .Before doing any test if you visit doctor depend on clinical condition he will advice test.for thyroid you should meet endocrinologist. take advice of your gynac doctor also .

Hi.... I would suggest you to take opinion. Of rheumatologist and a endocrinologist.. as she is pregnant she can be taken pain killers.... To alleviate her pain let her have hot water phomentation..to receive her pain. Let her be warm ..with warm clothing... Avoid goo much to cold weather...and exposure to cold temperatures....
