Hi i am having pain above my left chest and left to my neck including shoulder. it is not paining so hard. But it is continuous therefore I can't concentrate on any thing. Please tell me appropriate medicine which are available in medicals.

I am really sorry as we can't prescribe medicine here online...take over the counter analgesics you will be fine within 2 days if it's of musculoskeletal origin...if symptoms persists long consult physicians
