Pain in my heels
I have severe pain in my heels due to which it becomes very difficult to walk. The pain has been there since the past one week.
Can u please help.

Sounds like a case of plantar fasciitis.
Wear silicon insoles in your shoes
Wear soft sole slipper at home also.
Daily massage your foot with any oil
Dip feet in warm water for pain relief
Roll a small ball under your feet while sitting.
This condition is not serious but it is very irritating but it will heal in 6 months to a year
