Hello doctor, I am having pain in my knee . My ACL got torn. Tell me some cures and do's and dont's .

It depends on how old is your injury, whether it is your  torn acl which troubling you or something else. Usually anti inflammatory, good Physio will give you respite from immediate pain. However for long term solution you need to consult an orthopedic surgeon specialised in sports injuries
